I have a lot of anxiety issues and got these to help get through a tough finals period in my comp sci degree. I was very skeptical of anything like this. Tried a combo of this and st. johns wort. Went from being super manic to VERY relaxed. Worked within 24 hours. Even if it's a placebo, it reversed years of bad nerves overnight. My only gripe is it REALLY mellows you out, and if you drink caffeine with it it'll give you migraines. If you aren't a coffee drinker or are willing to monitor your intake, this stuff is rad.
