Refund Policy

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please email us at altruistikllc@gmail.com with images documenting the discovered defect within 30 days of the delivery date. We will investigate each complaint individually and our team will manufacture and send a replacement product at no charge, if we find that replacement should occur. If you are not satisfied with our product you don't have to pay a single penny.
Also, late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank, it often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at altruistikllc@gmail.com
