Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship Blue Lotus or Kanna products to Louisiana. Orders containing these items with a Louisiana shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
Order Changes & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or returned packages. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, or local post office.

If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we will help file a claim.

Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded when appropriate.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

If your item is marked as a pre-order or backordered, shipping timelines will be shown on the product page. Your entire order may ship together unless stated otherwise.
